I think we were all a little surprised when Nancy S arrived late...and .in complete Austrian attire! Would you believe she still fits into her authentic Austrian drindl from the 70s?? Nancy studied for a semester in Vienna when she was in college. She experienced the Ringstrasse and the beauty of Vienna on a daily basis. Lucky Girl!!!

We were also totally surprised by the response to the book itself. While we didn't seem to agree on whether it was a "good" book or not, we all agreed that it was great for discussion. It was certainly a wild ride of a book.
